- Organization and hiring data — job descriptions, hiring criteria, team settings, credits and billing metadata, and other content needed to configure recruiting workflows for your organization.
- Candidate and applicant data — profile details, resumes, contact information, screening notes, interview outcomes, and related hiring records that you or your team import, sync, or create in Yeesh.
- Integration and authentication data — pairing tokens, session cookies, and connection status for recruiting platforms you authorize (for example Naukri Resdex via the Yeesh browser extension), used only to operate the integration on your behalf.
- Website and extension content — search templates, page or API payloads, and related content required to source, rank, screen, or shortlist candidates through authorized integrations.
- Usage and technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and similar analytics or diagnostic data.
- Communications — records of support requests, onboarding conversations, and service-related correspondence.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, configure, maintain, and improve the Services;
- Source, rank, screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates as directed by your team;
- Operate authorized integrations and browser extensions that connect Yeesh to recruiting platforms you use;
- Respond to inquiries and communicate about product, billing, and support;
- Monitor performance, security, and reliability of our systems;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. AI processing
Our Services use artificial intelligence and automation. Content you submit or sync may be processed by AI systems and third-party infrastructure providers to deliver outcomes you request — for example matching candidates to roles, generating explanations, or running screening workflows. We configure these systems to operate within the scope of your engagement and applicable contractual terms. AI outputs may be imperfect; you remain responsible for hiring decisions.
4. Browser extension
The Yeesh AI Recruiter Chrome extension helps connect your Yeesh account with authorized recruiting platforms. Depending on how you use it, the extension may handle authentication information (such as session cookies and pairing credentials), website content from those platforms, and candidate profile information needed for sourcing and shortlisting. Data is transmitted to your Yeesh workspace over encrypted connections and is used only to provide the recruiting features you request. We do not sell browsing data.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us host, secure, communicate, process AI workloads, and operate the Services (for example cloud, email, telephony, analytics);
- Professional advisors where required (legal, accounting, compliance);
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security;
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.
6. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary based on the type of data and your contractual relationship with us. Organization administrators may request deletion of workspace data subject to legal holds and backup cycles.
7. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls and encrypted transmission where appropriate. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@yeesh.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. If you are a candidate whose data was submitted by a recruiting customer, we may direct your request to that organization as the primary controller of your hiring records.
9. International transfers
We may process and store information in India and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we take steps designed to ensure appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
10. Children
The Services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest version. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
